Where a tier includes priority consideration, that means your profile is put forward earlier for relevant briefs — the client still decides, and the brief still governs.

No. No tier guarantees selection, an audition, a booking or income. Higher tiers include more development and, where stated, priority consideration — but every casting decision belongs to the client and follows the brief.
Yes. You can start on Basic and move up at any time. You pay only the difference between your current tier and the new one.
