Scope

LaBellaCasting manages casting for approved briefs, including talent sourcing, shortlisting and booking administration.

No direct engagement

Clients must not contract, contact or engage talent introduced through the platform outside the agency workflow.

Fees

Talent fees and agency commission are quoted per brief and invoiced by ByteOSoft Private Limited.

Usage rights

Image and footage usage rights are agreed per project and set out in the booking confirmation. Use beyond the agreed scope, territory or term requires a further licence.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale from the confirmed shoot date, as set out in the booking confirmation.
