Representation

LaBellaCasting acts as your casting representative on a non-exclusive basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Your obligations

Keep your profile and availability accurate. Attend confirmed assignments punctually and professionally. Notify us immediately if you cannot attend.

Content ownership

You confirm you own or are authorised to upload every portfolio image, and you grant LaBellaCasting a limited licence to present that material to prospective clients for casting purposes.

Confidentiality

Campaign concepts, scripts, client identities, unreleased products and pricing shared with you are confidential and must not be disclosed or posted.

Commission

Agency commission is deducted from the assignment fee at the rate disclosed before you accept the assignment.
