Talent deserves trust.
This page explains exactly how the platform works — what we verify, what we promise, and just as importantly, what we do not promise.
What we hold ourselves to
Verified briefs
Every casting is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and we confirm the client behind it exists. A brief with no identifiable client does not get published.
A transparent process
Applications are reviewed manually, usually within 48 hours. You can see your status at every stage, and status changes are recorded rather than quietly edited.
Your data stays yours
Contact details, identity documents and bank details are never shown to clients. Bank details are stored encrypted and shown to you masked.
Payment through the agency
We invoice the client and pay talent by bank transfer after completion, with a reference for every payment. You never chase a client yourself.
No pay-to-play castings
Applying is always free. No casting on this platform can be bought, and paying us more does not move you up a shortlist.
A named human to reach
Every booking has a casting contact at the agency. Support is reachable at support@labellacasting.com.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee work. Registering, paying the registration fee, or completing your profile to 70% does not entitle you to a booking, an audition or a shortlist place. Selection is the client's decision.
We do not guarantee income. We publish no earnings figures and make no projections, because we cannot honestly make them.
Verification is not endorsement. A verified client badge means we checked the company exists and the contact is authorised. It is not a guarantee of their conduct.
A match score is not a decision. Where we show a percentage, it describes how your profile lines up with a brief's stated requirements. It is a sorting aid for our casting team, never a promise.
Warning signs worth knowing
Most of what follows applies to the industry generally, not just to us. If you see any of it, stop and check with us first.
Never do this
- Pay any individual to be "put forward" for a booking
- Send identity documents over social media chat
- Attend a shoot at a private residence without a call sheet
- Share your dashboard password with anyone, including us
- Accept a booking arranged entirely off-platform
How to recognise us
- We write from support@labellacasting.com
- Bookings always appear in your dashboard, not only in a chat
- We never request payment for a casting or a shortlist place
- We never ask for your password or a one-time code
- Every payment we make carries a reference you can check

Report it to usThe things people ask
No. Registration creates a verified profile and gives you access to apply for castings. It does not guarantee selection, a booking, income or any specific number of opportunities. Selection is always the client's decision, guided by the brief.
The fee covers manual review of your application, profile verification and your place on the roster. It is disclosed in full — with the refund position — before you are asked to pay, and you must actively consent before any payment is taken. It is not a payment for work, and it does not buy priority in any casting.
No. Applying to any casting on this platform is free. If anyone asks you to pay a client, a scout or an individual in order to be selected, that is not us — please report it immediately.
There is no public, browsable talent directory. Your profile is shown to a client only when you are being presented for a specific brief. Your phone number, email, address, documents and bank details are never shown to clients at any stage.
We confirm a company exists and that the person briefing us is authorised to do so, before any brief goes live. A verified badge means we completed that check — it is not an endorsement, a credit rating, or a guarantee of payment behaviour.
We hold the client relationship and raise the invoice. Talent is paid by bank transfer after the work is completed, against a reference you can check in your dashboard. You should never be asked to negotiate your fee directly with a client.
Everything above is a plain-language summary. These documents are what actually binds us.
