Draft for legal review. These terms govern access to and use of LaBellaCasting, operated by ByteOSoft Private Limited.

1. Eligibility

The platform is available to individuals aged 18 and over and to registered businesses. Accounts are created only after review and approval.

2. Nature of the service

LaBellaCasting operates as a managed casting agency. Registration creates an account and a verified profile. It does not constitute an offer of work, a guarantee of casting, or an employment relationship.

3. Agency-managed introductions

All introductions between talent and clients are managed by LaBellaCasting. Users must not attempt to circumvent the platform to contract directly.

4. Accuracy of information

Users warrant that all submitted information, images and documents are accurate and lawfully theirs to provide.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, submit false information, or act in a manner harmful to other users.
