For talent

Applicants must be 18 or over. We accept professional, intermediate and first-time talent across fashion, commercial, film, music, television and OTT work. Every application is reviewed by our casting team.

It covers manual verification of your application, review of your portfolio by our casting team, and onboarding onto the platform. It is a service fee, not a payment for work, and it does not guarantee casting.

If we do not accept your application, your registration fee is refunded in full. We only retain the fee for applicants we onboard.

International applicants pay through our secure checkout, which accepts major cryptocurrencies. Payment is confirmed automatically once the network settles the transaction.

Indian applicants pay by UPI using the QR code or UPI ID shown at checkout, then upload a payment screenshot. Our team confirms it manually, usually within one working day.

Five. Each image must be under 2 MB in JPG, PNG or WebP format. We keep the limit tight so every image counts - choose your five strongest.

No. There is no public or member-facing talent directory. Your profile is visible only to our casting team, and to a client only when you are being presented for a specific brief.

After the client confirms completion and our team verifies it, payment is transferred directly to your registered bank account, less the agency commission. You will receive a bank reference for every transfer.

Casting decisions turn on very specific brief requirements - height, look, dates, location, wardrobe. Not being selected says nothing about the quality of your profile.

For clients

Once your company is verified, create a brief from your dashboard. Our team reviews it, publishes it to matched talent, manages applications and presents a shortlist for your approval.

No. We present a curated selection matched to your brief. This protects our talent and means you review a considered shortlist rather than an unfiltered list.

Company verification, account setup and onboarding with a named casting contact. Project fees and agency commission are separate and quoted per brief.

Most briefs are reviewed within 48 hours. Urgent requirements can be flagged during submission and we will prioritise them.

Yes. Brief details are shared only with talent being considered, and project-specific NDAs can be applied where a campaign requires it.

General

No. Every introduction runs through LaBellaCasting. Brands never see your contact details, and you never see theirs until an assignment is confirmed.
