To verify applicants, match talent to casting briefs, administer assignments, process payments, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect the platform against fraud.

Who sees it

Portfolio and professional details are visible to our internal casting team. A client sees a talent profile only when that person is presented for a specific brief. Bank and identity documents are restricted to finance-permissioned staff and every access is logged.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax and contractual reasons.

Retention

Financial records are retained as required by tax law. Profile data is retained while your account is active and for a defined period afterwards.
