Rejected applications

If we do not accept your application, the registration fee is refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Cooling-off period

Where the law of your country provides a cooling-off period, you may cancel within that window for a full refund. The applicable period is shown at checkout before you pay.

After approval

Once an account is approved and verification work has been performed, the fee is generally non-refundable, except where consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
