LaBellaCasting exists because casting deserves better than an open marketplace.
We are a managed casting agency. Talent is verified before a profile goes live. Clients are verified before a brief is published. Every introduction between the two runs through our casting team - which means no cold approaches, no exposed contact details, and no talent left negotiating alone.
What we believe
That a portfolio of five considered images says more than fifty careless ones. That a client should meet a shortlist, not a database. That talent should be paid on time, through a traceable transfer, with a reference they can check.
How we work
A client submits a brief. Our team reviews it, publishes it to matched talent, manages the applications, and presents a curated selection. Once a booking is confirmed we handle the call sheet, the paperwork and the payment.
Four commitments
Verification before visibility
No profile goes live and no brief is published until a person on our team has checked it. That is slower than an automated signup, and it is the point.
Discretion by default
There is no public talent directory. Contact details are never exchanged. A client sees a profile only when that person is presented for their brief.
Payment you can trace
We invoice the client and pay the talent. Every transfer carries a bank reference visible in the dashboard.
Refunds when we say no
If we do not accept an application, the registration fee goes back in full. We do not keep money from people we turn away.
